Arlene Anisman, M.Ed., CCA, DCEP (Counselling Psychology and Adult Education): I am a psychotherapist in private practice for more than 30 years, Clinical Member of OSP (Ontario Society of Psychotherapists), Certified Level 2 Trainer and Practitioner of EDxTM (Energy Diagnostic & Treatment Methods), and a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist (CCA). In my private practice, I offer individual, couple, family psychotherapy, aromatherapy treatments as well as various training and personal growth workshops. My specialties include trauma, alcohol and drug abuse, sexual assault, sexual abuse, eating disorders, self-esteem, as well as conflict resolution/mediation.
Throughout my practice, I have always sought effective ways to empower clients to help them feel better and make the changes they want with the least amount of struggle or pain. My passion in my healing practice is to support each individual’s process, to meet each person’s goals for physical, emotional and spiritual healing, to enable each person to feel better and to live with integrity in relation to themselves, in relation to others, and in relation to their community and the world we live in.
